VENDORS AND SPONSORS NEEDED:

Looking to reach an audience of 500 or more? Constituents of the Summer Sports Fest organized and managed similar sports competitions prior to this year. Last year we received 300 athletes and 250 spectators (550 people total). We expect significant growth this year. We also expect many athletes to come from out of state which will help sponsoring businesses get exposure from previously untapped markets. VOLUNTEERS WANTED:

The Summer Sports Fest needs your help on July 24th and 25th. This premiere Michigan sports tournament is a platform for local athletes to showcase their talents, and we need approximately 50 volunteers (25 brothers and 25 sisters) to ensure that the project runs smoothly. As a volunteer you will receive food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as complimentary T-shirts to distinguish yourselves from the athletes onsite. The Ann Arbor Masjid will be providing sleep accomodations for volunteers and athletes the nights of the event. Please email us to help out.
